Gradesnica is located on the far east part of Municipality of Novaci, 52 km from Bitola. From one side Gradesnica borders with the region of Municipality of Prilep, and with other with the state border with Greece. Gradesnica is mountain village and lies on altitude 800 meters above sea level.
